Cancellation

• You are entitled to cancel the E-learning registration within 1 working days after Pinna InfoTech’s receipt of a signed registration form. In the event you have accessed the E-learning program within this 3 day period you will no longer be entitled to cancel the E-learning registration. Afterthat not refundable fees any circumstances.
• Pinna InfoTech will do their utmost not to allow interruptions, however, if due to technical or update reasons access to the E-learning Centre is interrupted, Pinna InfoTech will not be held liable for losses or damages due to these interruptions.
• E-coach will, via functional telephone meetings and personalized weekly follow-ups, stimulate, guide and motivate you. This course includes a headset-microphone to practice pronunciation, perform tests which can determine placement, progress and achievement.

Intellectual Property Rights

• The E-learning provider retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to software and documentation. This includes but is not limited to the software, the speech recognition components contained therein, the data, the audio recordings, the texts, the images, the graphics and videos, as well as all documentation related to the software, which are protected by intellectual property rights and copyrights laws (including patents and trademarks) and the international provisions in force related to intellectual property.

Personal data

• You are aware that the personal data in this registration form will be transferred to a third party for E-learning access purposes.

Viruses

• Each party shall take all actions necessary in order to obtain appropriate protection against viruses which could potentially infect other computers.

Force Majeure

• The parties are not responsible for consequences resulting from the failure or neglect in fulfilling their duties under the agreement, should the failure or neglect arise from events and circumstances which are regarded as force majeure under Indian law.

Competent court, governing law

• This registration and all disputes arising out of/related to this registration are exclusively subject to India law.
• All disputes arising out of/related to this registration will be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of the New Delhi,India.
